I’d love to work with you one to one.

The practice of yoga has the incredible power to heal, nourish and restore as we connect with the body’s subtle energies to align breath with prana, heart with mind, and body with soul.

I have a wealth of experience working with women at every part of their journey. I’m passionate to help women feel empowered and supported through their yoga practice by integrating modern and traditional wisdom that include specific holistic techniques, including mindful yoga movement, guided meditations, breathing exercises and ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to support lasting health and wellbeing.

We’ll work together one on one to design your own yoga practice with me that suits your unique mind, body and lifestyle. If you’re looking to manage stress, understand your own mind better, build strength and flexibility or would like to build confidence before attending a group class, one to one sessions are a great way to tailor each session unique to you.

Each session is 60mins and can take place in the comfort of your own home Live-Online or In-Person if you’re located near Cardiff or Cowbridge, Wales.
