Relax & Restore

A quieting yin yoga focused practice in which we learn to surrender to gravity and our own bodies to bring about deep release and energetic shifts. Utilising and influencing the meridians of the energetic body, under the Traditional Chinese Medicine system, our Relax & Restore classes are deeply calming and nourishing for the mind, body and soul. Expect to hold floor based poses for a few minutes each side.

Suitable for all levels, whether you’re brand-new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.

Strength & Grace

A mindful Vinyasa class, we link the breath with flowing movements and sequences that help to focus the body and mind. Our Strength & Grace classes include warming and nourishing Sun Salutations, Vinyasa yoga flows and strength building poses that help to develop the body-mind connection and promote strength from within.

Suitable for all levels, whether you’re brand-new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.

Balance & Stillness

Combining traditional yoga postures with breathing practices and mindful meditations, our Balance & Stillness classes help to bring about calm and peace inside and out. As we start to open up the physical body through gentle movement, we can learn to create space and then stillness not only on the outside but on the inside too.

Great for beginners or for those who are developing a practice and want to find some stillness.

Nourish & Nurture

A mix of traditional yoga styles, our Nourish & Nurture classes help to create awareness and space not only in the physical body but in the breath also. Through linking our breath with mindful movement, utilising yoga postures, we can start to wake up the body; moving energy into new places, developing awareness of the subtle body to promote wellness.

Suitable for all levels, whether you’re brand-new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.
