Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question we haven’t thought of? Send us an email or drop us a message on Instagram or Facebook

+ How do I change my email on my account?

Get in touch with us with the email address you account is currently attached to and the email address you would like to change it to. It can take us up to 48 hours to make these changes.

+ I'm totally new to yoga and not sure where to start!

We have a page with some common questions beginners ask about yoga - take a look here.

+ Can I cancel or reschedule my class?

If you have a membership or class pass: For in studio classes you can cancel up to 4 hours before your class to get your credit back. Within 4 hours you will lose your credit.

For virtual classes you can cancel up to 1 hour before your class to get your credit back and within 1 hour you will lose your credit.

If you're just dropping in: If you're not using a class pass or a membership, cancelling at any time will result in the loss of your credit so we recommend rescheduling.

You can read our terms & conditions here

+ How do I join a virtual class?

Virtual classes are held on Zoom. You'll get a link to join the class before you book and a reminder email with the link again an hour before the class. It can be a good idea to download zoom on your laptop/phone/tablet before.

+ Do I need yoga equipment?

The minimum you'll need for classes is a yoga mat - it can also be nice to have 'yoga props' which you can substitute for pillows, cushions, blankets etc!

+ Can I still do yoga if I have an injury or I’m ill?

You must tell the teacher about any injuries/conditions that you have, or if you are pregnant before every class.

Most yoga postures can be adapted to suit injuries and chronic conditions, or alternatives can be given which will have a similar or more therapeutic effect but make sure you check with your doctor or health practitioner first.

If you're unwell, please don't come to the studio so we can avoid potentially passing your illness on to other students or the teacher!

+Can I do yoga if I’m pregnant?

If you're pregnant, we'd love to see you at one of our regular pregnacy classes! See our page on pregnancy yoga and refer to our terms and conditions for more information on joining classes if you're pre or post natal.

+ What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes like leggings, shorts or jogging bottoms and preferably tighter fitting top, or something you can tuck into your trousers so it doesn't fall over your head when you fold forward.
