Diana Brook

Author, Teacher & Speaker Based in South Wales.

As an author, speaker and teacher devoted to empowering all to recognise their own energy, my greatest wish is that you feel enabled to live authentically, for complete wellness and connection of body, mind and spirit.

My life’s mission is to teach you to dissolve the invisible walls that have gone up around your mind and spirit; to show you how you can live holistically, within a body that is physically good because its energy is good.

I wholeheartedly believe in the power of simple, realistic steps to restore your vitality — for the good of your whole self.

My own story, complete with emotional challenges brought on by stress, anxiety, depression and relationship breakdowns, is probably a lot like yours. You have experienced this pain. You have longed to know joy again. You can learn to heal yourself, and to accept and respond positively to your circumstances. In fact, there is nothing that an energetic mind-body-soul connection won’t mend. I know this to be true because I have done this for myself, and am eager to guide you along your own journey.

Decades of interest in natural health and healing have also inspired me to share what I have learned. And with the help of certifications in Yoga for Children, Reiki 1 and 2, IFPA Aromatherapy, Coloured Light Therapy and more, I want to bring that healing power to you.

I have published The Mind, Body and Soul Workout Guide to share the valuable essentials of natural healing, so that you may empower yourself to achieve better holistic health. I am delighted to have been selected Winner of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists Case Study Award and to have been nominated for the Rhondda Cynon Taff’s Business Club Awards Scheme for Start-Up Business of the Year Award.

Most importantly, I am honoured to have the opportunity to share what I have learned and experienced with you — so that you may inhabit a joy-filled and energetic life, through conscious awareness and by choice.
